Q: How do I place an order for custom magnets?
A: Simply upload your photos, and add them to your cart. I’ll take care of the rest!
Q: Can I use any photo?
A: Most photos work great! High-resolution images give the best results. Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily cropped pictures for the highest print quality.
Q: Can I order different photos within the same set?
A: Yes! You can mix and match photos within a single set at no extra cost.
Q: How do I order 2 of the same picture in the same set?
A: Add the same picture twice to your order!
Q: Do you offer photo editing?
A: Basic lighting and cropping adjustments are included. If a photo is too low-quality, I’ll reach out before printing. Also, wider photos that cannot be scaled down, I will reach out for a replacement photo.

A: Magnets are 2” x 2”, printed on high-quality photo paper with a durable magnetic backing.
Q: Are your magnets waterproof?
A: They are water-resistant and smudge-proof, but not fully waterproof.
Q: How strong are the magnets?
A: They’re strong enough to hold 4-5 sheets of paper securely on a fridge or metal surface.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. During peak holidays, production may take slightly longer.
Q: Do you offer rush processing?
A: Yes! Contact me before ordering, and I’ll let you know if I can accommodate your deadline.
Q: Do you offer local delivery or pickup?
A: Yes! I offer free local delivery in select Georgetown zip codes (78626, 78627, 78628, and 78633). Pickup options may be available for market days.

A: Yes! I can print and create magnets while you wait. Just bring your favorite photos or send them to me during the event.

Q: What if my magnets arrive damaged?
A: Your happiness matters! If anything arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours, and I’ll fix it right away.

A: Because items are personalized, returns aren’t accepted—however, I will replace anything that arrives defective.
